Police Région Morges carries out general police missions in the territories of Morges, Saint-Prex, Préverenges, Tolochenaz, Buchillon and Lonay. To strengthen our team and ensure a key reception role within our police station, we are looking for a start date of July 1st, for a RECEPTIONIST at 65% (job-sharing): 50% over 2.5 consecutive days at the beginning or end of the week (presence on Wednesday afternoon), the remaining 15% being reserved for replacements during the planned vacations of the other receptionist.Mission:As the first point of contact for the Police Région Morges, you play an essential role in the relationship with the public and the proper functioning of the services by ensuring reception at the police station as well as the execution of various administrative tasks:- Welcome and inform visitors at the police station reception.- Process public requests and ensure follow-up.- Manage the telephone switchboard during scheduled hours.- Manage the PRM cash register.- Manage lost property.- Coordinate with the various stakeholders, in particular with the emergency dispatch center.- Keep the information updated for the public.- Manage access terminals.- Demonstrate flexibility and accomplish any task related to the function, at the request of the hierarchy.Desired profile:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an office employee or equivalent training.- Confirmed experience in the field of reception.- Ease with computer tools and administrative tasks.- Availability, perseverance, and discretion.- Swiss nationality or C Permit and domiciled in the region.We offer:- A key position in direct contact with the population.- The opportunity to work in modern infrastructure.- Varied activity within a stimulating work environment.- Social benefits adapted to the requirements of the position.You will find the job description on our website.
