If you identify with our group, one thing is certain: join us!For our Lausanne agency, we are currently looking for a:Reception and Support Officer at 60%Your main responsibilities:- Physical and telephone reception of clients;- Responding to email requests;- Analysis of files;- Drafting of circular letters;- Processing of current invoices, various tasks related to the Human Resources department and Management;- Providing information regarding rentals and management;- Management of agency supplies;- Requesting quotes and issuing work orders for meeting rooms;- Various correspondence and administrative tasks;- Document management and filing;- Activities related to the support of the Agency Manager:- Monitoring of maintenance contracts for the agency, organization of meetings, monitoring of the professional vehicle fleet and parking subscriptions, etc.;- Creation of synergies and transmission between the different departments and the different agencies of the Group;Your profile:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or diploma in hospitality/reception;- First successful experience in reception (in property management or hospitality);- Knowledge of real estate management, an asset;- Mastery of standard office tools, knowledge of Quorum software, experience in real estate, a plus;- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling;- Excellent presentation and great sense of customer service;- You enjoy teamwork and are flexible (replacement of your partner during their absences);- Resistance to stress;- Organized, smiling, at ease and with a sense of discretion;- French and English - German is an asset;We offer:- A diversified activity in a rapidly developing company;- A dynamic work environment touching on different areas of real estate;- A pleasant workplace in a well-established agency in the heart of Lausanne;Commitment, performance, dynamism and team spirit are the qualities that drive all our employees.
