Join the team of the Real Estate and Construction department within the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous bank. As a Real Estate Officer, you will work in various credit areas for real estate professionals, mainly focusing on financing for real estate development, but also on financing for real estate professionals, with an approach to company missions. Acquire, prospect, and retain real estate professional clients, especially in the real estate developer segment. Independently analyze credit requests from professional real estate clients. Make decisions within your competencies or advise senior management. Prepare credit offers and monitor the risk of a portfolio. Profile: Have a passion for real estate, a desire to develop a portfolio of real estate credits for professional clients in the real estate sector. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a banking or commercial establishment, complemented by a higher professional qualification (HES or banking economics diploma). Have excellent knowledge of the risks related to financing real estate professionals, rigor, analytical skills, and team spirit, excellent prioritization skills, and commitment conditions.
