For our Finance department at our Pully branch, we are looking for an: Asset Manager / Real Estate Specialist (m/f)Your challenges:- Define and monitor business plans and budgets for each asset by analyzing financials (IRR, DCF, cash flows, yield rates, rents) and the market.- Manage and execute real estate transactions: sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating contractual terms, securing financing, and closing.- Oversee asset management: ensure compliance with management execution, control bills and invoices, manage vacant properties, leases, disputes, and requests while guaranteeing quality standards.- Prepare and present financial and regulatory reports.- Plan and monitor CAPEX projects: prioritize investments based on their profitability, validate technical offers, manage compliance and updates, and ensure budget and deadline adherence.- Develop and maintain an active professional network.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of management processes and tools.- Represent the owner in project committees and steering committees, develop business objects (business cases) in accordance with regional and local land use planning regulations (SIA 112, phases 1–2), and manage servitude and management issues.Your profile:- Degree in engineering or a federal diploma in real estate.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate with in-depth knowledge of asset management.- Proficiency in real estate management software: ability to use major tools dedicated to monitoring and managing real estate assets and knowledge of SIA and CO standards in the dedicated field.- French speaker, supplemented with good knowledge of German.- You work with rigor, autonomy, and flexibility, respecting rules.- Strong analytical skills, ease of contact, and a pronounced taste for teamwork.Our benefits:- 40-hour workweek (100%).- Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation.- Possibility of monthly reimbursement for travel expenses with a public transportation subscription and significant reduction on health insurance.- Welcome date: January 1st or to be agreed upon.- Activity rate: 100%.- Workplace: Pully.- Type of contract: indefinite. jid64df0b3aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
