Real Estate Law Associate
Our client is a Geneva-based law firm recognised for its expertise and the quality of its support to a local and international clientele.
Responsibilities
The duties:
- Advise clients on real estate law matters (administrative, land law and construction law, lease).
- Draft, analyse and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Participate in acquisition, sale and financing operations of real estate assets.
- Ensure the legal follow-up of real estate projects and coordinate the various stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions as well as procedural documents.
Candidate Profile
Your profile:
- Holder of the Swiss bar certificate with at least 2 years PQE in real estate law within a law firm in Geneva.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, drafting and complex case management skills.
- Team spirit, client service orientation and excellent communication skills.
