Our client, a leading law firm in Real Estate Law, is looking for a Real Estate Law professional to join its Real Estate Law team. Our client is a Geneva-based firm recognized for its expertise and the quality of its support for a local clientele.Responsibilities:- Advise clients on issues of real estate law, land law, and construction law, leases.- Draft, analyze, and negotiate documents related to real estate transactions.- Participate in acquisition, sale, and financing operations for real estate assets.- Ensure legal monitoring of real estate projects and coordinate the various stakeholders.- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions as well as procedural documents.Profile:- Holder of the Swiss bar exam with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in real estate law within a firm in Geneva.- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.- Analytical, drafting, and case management skills.- Team spirit, sense of customer service, and excellent interpersonal skills.Benefits:- An exposed position within a renowned firm in real estate law. jidfadbf60aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
