To learn more, follow this link.Missions- Within the framework of this project with a duration of 5 to 7 years, you represent the public project owner by piloting and coordinating around forty building renovation projects of an energy-related nature and bringing them up to standard based on the program approved by the Council of State.- You coordinate the work of project commissions and guarantee the development of projects in compliance with the program, costs, and schedule.- You ensure the deployment of project deliverables as well as other quality assurance tools implemented by the Building Service to the project commissions.- You consolidate reports and proposals for the general steering committee of the project.- You guarantee compliance with procedures and public procurement laws.- You keep the general plan of commitments and expenses up to date.- You are proactive in leading transverse and multifactorial projects, demonstrating functional leadership and solid negotiation skills with the various stakeholders, allowing you to meet the varied challenges of the Building Service.- Within the framework of the autonomy granted to you, you know how to keep your hierarchical superiors informed by anticipating the points to be escalated.Desired Profile- Master's degree in architecture or engineering - or equivalent qualification - ideally supplemented by a CAS in construction project management.- You have several years of professional experience in managing large, complex real estate projects.- You are familiar with public procurement and demonstrate ease in human relations.- You demonstrate a great sensitivity to the dimension of sustainable development in the design, construction, and operation of buildings.- You master the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language. jid54cdc04aen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
