Global Funds SA is a fund management company based in Lausanne, active in the administration and management of Swiss real estate funds. It notably assumes the fund management as well as the asset management of the Mountain Resort Real Estate Fund SICAV (MRREF). This fund is entering a phase of active portfolio management and to support this development, we are looking for an Asset Manager (part-time possible) who will assist the team in all operational and development activities.

Responsibilities

• Operational monitoring of the portfolio: management, maintenance and maintenance contracts of the buildings.
• Monitoring the relationship with tenants/operators and the rental policy of the sites.
• Managing and monitoring renovation, transformation and construction works, in coordination with architects, agents and companies.
• Participating in acquisition and disposal operations: preliminary analysis of opportunities, preparation of files, support for due diligence and transaction follow-up, in coordination with experts.
• Contributing to the identification of potential value enhancement of the buildings.
• Preparing presentations and communication materials, including newsletters and reporting intended for investors.
• Conducting analyses and simulations (investment scenarios, portfolio integration, profitability) to support decision preparation.

Profile sought

• Higher education (finance, architecture, real estate); a connection with hospitality is an asset.
• Proven experience in real estate asset management, ideally with experience in hospitality or tourism.
• Mastery of technical and construction aspects: planning, submissions and tenders.
• Bilingual French – German (spoken and written, Swiss German a plus).
• Availability for regular travel between Vaud and Valais and occasionally to other regions of Switzerland.
• Ease in negotiation and coordination of stakeholders.
• Strategic sense, rigour, autonomy and good interpersonal skills.
