Analyst - Real Estate Asset Management (M/F)

Responsibilities
As an Asset Management Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall monitoring of the performance of a real estate portfolio
- Participate in the preparation of analysis and decision support documents
- Update financial modelling and monitoring tools
- Conduct ad hoc analyses (market, assets, scenarios)
- Support the execution of asset-related projects (improvement, repositioning, operation)
- Ensure coordination and information flow between stakeholders
- Support the production of internal and external reports
- Guarantee the reliability and updating of data
Candidate Profile
- University education related to finance, real estate or economics
- First successful experience in real estate investment or real estate financial analysis, ideally in Switzerland
- Good command of financial modelling tools, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle data and structure analyses
- Rigorous mindset and organisational skills
- Good communication and synthesis skills
- Comfortable in a collaborative environment
