Real Estate Accountant (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• Management and monitoring of service charge statements.
• Execution of entries and accounting corrections in our IT system.
• You are our internal contact for real estate accounting matters.
• Processing of property entries and exits, from basic data entry to payment validation.
• Analysis of receipts within real estate accounting and independently initiating necessary steps for dialogue with stakeholders.

Your profile:

• You have a commercial education (CFC), training in accounting, and initial experience in real estate accounting.
• You are well organised, flexible, precise, and able to work independently.
• You have analytical and reflective skills that allow you to achieve results quickly.
• You are open-minded and enjoy working in a team.
• You are fluent in French and have basic knowledge of German.
• Good knowledge of REM software would be an advantage.
