We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established real estate agency in Geneva, active in the market for many years.
It is a human-sized, growing structure, recognised for its close management and the stability of its teams. The working conditions are good, the atmosphere excellent and the environment allows for good autonomy.
A position is offered at 80% or 100%. It is aimed at a profile wishing to commit long-term, with a comprehensive scope and prospects for development.
Responsibilities
Complete management of PPE and rental accounting (receipts, closings, statements, bank reconciliations)
Preparation of financial statements, expense control and monitoring of unpaid amounts
Administrative support and coordination with managers and owners
Active participation in improving accounting processes
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate accounting within a Swiss agency
Good command of professional tools (ideally Quorum, AbaImmo or similar are suitable)
Organisational skills, rigour, autonomy and good team spirit
Good level of French, both written and spoken
