Specialized in a public rail and road transport network, both urban and regional, we transport millions of passengers per year on 38 lines and 293 km. To complete our teams, we are looking for a Rail Production Manager.Rail Production ManagerYour main responsibilitiesAs a Rail Production Manager, you carry out rail production management tasks, being responsible and guaranteeing compliance with regulations and safety. In this capacity, you will be in charge of:Ensuring the continuous management of network access:- Analyze requests affecting the network by defining safety-related measures and transmitting them to the various impacted services in the form of directives, OS, circulars, notices, and weekly construction site monitoring meetings.- Develop the network concept, network access agreements, and responses to safety requests for all railway undertakings.- Keep network access documents up to date (infrastructure, RADN) in connection with the infrastructure and safety departments.- Manage path requests from feasibility to offers for special runs, by organizing service during events and works.- Carry out monitoring of training and qualifications for personnel.Contribute to tasks and management of rail production:- Plan special trains (including in the system, e.g., Flirt maintenance in Geneva, vehicle, works, etc.).- Plan and update annual, sub-annual, and daily schedule documents (works with tabular updates, TS, runs, snow, path integration into the annual schedule in the Nets system).- Prepare data for the RAP-OP meeting.- Perform service rounds at the CGT.- Ensure the role of SMI relay for rail production (Optimiso/therefore management).Your profile and technical skills:- Basic training of CFC type or equivalent.- Training as a movement agent or experience in the railway environment in a similar function.- Excellent knowledge of train operating regulations.- Knowledge of the German language is a plus.- Good command of IT tools.Are you ready to take on this challenge?
