Your responsibilities

As a member of the extended management team of TPF TRAFIC, you assume overall responsibility for activities related to rail operations and its development. At the interface between strategy and operations, you ensure safe, efficient, and quality operations in a demanding and highly regulated environment. You oversee all activities within your domain, manage incidents and special situations, and lead projects to evolve operations. In this capacity, you notably support the introduction of new digital tools, process adaptations, the arrival of new rolling stock, as well as the structuring of training and quality monitoring. A true conductor of rail operations, you lead, develop, and unite the teams within your entity, both directly and indirectly. You foster a demanding, cooperative, and constructive working environment conducive to engagement and sustainable performance. You ensure clear and constructive communication with internal and external partners, including social partners, and represent the interests of TPF TRAFIC within the bodies and organisations of the rail sector.

Your profile

A structured, pragmatic, and committed individual, you possess genuine insight and a systemic approach that allows you to navigate complex environments with ease. With a strong human sense, you know how to establish trust, manage sensitive situations, and unite multidisciplinary teams around clear objectives. Your career has led you to drive transformations, implement tools in complex organisations, and make decisions in demanding contexts. Comfortable in communication, you interact with a variety of stakeholders within the organisation as well as with institutional and external partners, combining strategic vision with operational pragmatism. Holding a higher education qualification, you have proven experience in the rail sector or a comparable operational environment. A good knowledge of the regulatory framework, notably the LDT, as well as digital tools related to rail operations, is an asset. You have excellent command of French; good knowledge of German is desirable.
