Philippe SA Geneva Quality Officer (M/F) Mission In this role, within our Movement Components Division, you will identify and analyze the movement component products manufactured, ensuring the quality level required by our customers through the implementation of monitoring plans, the handling of non-conformities by analyzing causes, and the establishment of corrective and preventive actions while verifying their effectiveness through quality audits. Apply quality tools, problem-solving methodologies (8D, QRQC, 5P, etc.), participate in position audits as encountered. Support our team by defining methods, control means, and guidance for the concerned individuals. Constitute, animate, and lead multidisciplinary working groups. Participate in research projects. Profile Sought Degree in Micromechanics with a focus on quality or a similar field with a minimum of X years of experience in a similar position within a Quality Service, ideally in the watchmaking industry. Mastery of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, Pareto and cause-effect diagrams, PDCA, 5P...), analysis, and problem-solving. Ability to lead projects in a multidisciplinary team.
