Cadrans Fluckiger SA Quality Officer (M/F) Mission In this role, within our Quality Department, your main mission will be to identify and analyze non-conformities in your area of responsibility. You will be required to propose and implement preventive actions throughout the production cycle, initiate and lead continuous improvement projects, and participate in managing the Quality standards for the company, in order to support issues of quality and performance throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Identify, analyze, and address internal non-conformities within your area of activity as well as the associated action plans. Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions in terms of processes and controls and ensure the follow-up of actions throughout the lifecycle. Participate in the new product process (monitoring, zero series reporting). Establish, support, and monitor Quality procedures. Organize training actions for personnel on the importance of respecting quality approaches. Prepare the drafting of quality manuals and procedures. Implement and monitor necessary actions in the context of continuous improvement and/or internal non-conformities (process/products, Quality Flash reports, procedures, and instructions, etc.). Optimize Quality processes. Daily analyze the projects in your area of responsibility. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with experience in Quality. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the methods of watch product manufacturing, experience in the high-end dial field, quality tools, analyses, and problem-solving capability. Good visual acuity. Ability to lead a project.
