In this context, we aim to strengthen our Software Quality & Delivery team by searching for a Quality & FinOps Manager (m/f/x), whose central mission will be to elevate the technical standards and processes of our teams to adapt to constantly evolving systems. Mastery of technical debt and excellence has become a key challenge. You will be responsible for a structured and sustainable approach to software quality by leading cross-functional initiatives with important missions that include:- Defining and formalizing a global strategy for reducing technical debt in line with business priorities and team constraints- Identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing components of technical debt across the entire portfolio and proposing measurable action plans- Building and maintaining a clear and up-to-date obsolescence roadmap covering all platforms and technologies (frameworks, libraries, languages, systems, and the FinOps framework within the company's Cloud)- Managing decommissioning phases in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders- Ensuring the effective adoption of these processes within teams by removing obstacles and adapting approaches to the context of each team- Supporting teams as a coach and quality reference by conducting training and feedback sessions- Defining and monitoring quality and technical debt KPIs and presenting them to management during review meetings- Leading regular cross-functional committees with teams and governance bodies to maintain alignment on quality objectives- Ensuring technical alignment with the technical project manager to synchronize quality, timelines, and delivery objectivesYour profile:- Higher education degree (HES, Bachelor / Master, EPFL)- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a role related to software quality or technical management- Mastery of the FinOps framework in enterprises, including FinOps Certified Professional certification- Demonstrated experience in managing complex environments and leading transformation programs addressing technical debt, obsolescence, and refactoring in large systems- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, code analysis tools (SonarQube), and agile methodologies (Scrum)- Ability to build and animate decision-oriented quality dashboards and KPIs- Solid understanding of service-oriented architectures, security challenges, and the software lifecycle- Leadership and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around common goals- Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and management- Rigor, a strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative to continuously improve established processes- Good command of both French and English, written and spokenWe offer you:- A healthy working environment in a mutual company recognized as a Best Employer.- Multiple social benefits including flexibility in working arrangements- A position within a dynamic and passionate team- Human values focused on the well-being of our employeesWe look forward to receiving your complete application digitally (with CV, cover letter, copies of work certificates and diplomas). jidaea7a75aen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
