Description
The position holder is responsible for the entire life cycle of products and services within their scope. They ensure a hybrid role: (S2C) to define and optimize the supplier panel, and (P2P) to guarantee the fluidity of supplies and internal customers (Production, R&D, General Services).A. Component: Source-to-Contract (S2C)- Market Analysis and Sourcing: Identify market trends, source new partners, and evaluate the strengths or weaknesses of the current panel.- Supplier Panel Management: Segment the panel (Proto vs Series), the number of suppliers, and identify synergies between the sites.- Purchasing: Conduct calls for tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and implement contracts securing costs and deadlines.- Supplier Management: Drive supplier performance via regular performance reviews.B. Component: Procure-to-Pay (P2P)- Supply Management: Analyze the requirements calculation (MRP) and transform requests into orders in the ERP.- Delivery Performance Management (OTD): Ensure tracking and preventive follow-up of orders to guarantee zero stockouts on production lines.- ERP Data Maintenance: Guarantee the reliability of item parameters (Lead-times, prices, min/max quantities) to optimize flows.- Dispute Management: Resolve reception or invoicing discrepancies in collaboration with Quality and Accounting.C.
