What you can contribute
- Ensure the functional management and support of purchasing applications (BVML, ActaNova, Lotus Notes) as a key user
- Manage and coordinate purchasing procedures in the systems, from the expression of need to the order, ensuring compliance and traceability
- Collect, analyse and support user needs (training, support, testing, continuous improvement)
- Contribute to the development of tools and optimisation of processes (digitalisation, standardisation, data quality)
- Support buyers in the preparation and conduct of tenders as well as in coordination with stakeholders in French and German
What makes you unique
- Have a higher education, ideally complemented by a federal purchasing certificate or equivalent training
- Demonstrate proven experience in operational purchasing or purchasing administration, ideally in a public or semi-public environment
- Master business IT tools (ERP such as SAP, workflow tools, Excel) and show a strong interest in systems
- Be autonomous, rigorous and have excellent organisational skills, with a strong service orientation
- You have good/very good oral and written knowledge of a second official language.
