What you can contribute

  • Ensure the functional management and support of purchasing applications (BVML, ActaNova, Lotus Notes) as a key user
  • Manage and coordinate purchasing procedures in the systems, from the expression of need to the order, ensuring compliance and traceability
  • Collect, analyse and support user needs (training, support, testing, continuous improvement)
  • Contribute to the development of tools and optimisation of processes (digitalisation, standardisation, data quality)
  • Support buyers in the preparation and conduct of tenders as well as in coordination with stakeholders in French and German

What makes you unique

  • Have a higher education, ideally complemented by a federal purchasing certificate or equivalent training
  • Demonstrate proven experience in operational purchasing or purchasing administration, ideally in a public or semi-public environment
  • Master business IT tools (ERP such as SAP, workflow tools, Excel) and show a strong interest in systems
  • Be autonomous, rigorous and have excellent organisational skills, with a strong service orientation
  • You have good/very good oral and written knowledge of a second official language.
