As part of strengthening its department, we are recruiting an F&B Assistant.Job DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Head of F&B, the F&B Assistant manages the reception of goods destined for the various kitchens and service points. You will check daily deliveries in terms of quality, quantity, and price while ensuring the proper handling of products between services. You will participate in stock updates, organization, and internal requisitions. You will also oversee the archiving and monitoring of documents related to orders in business software. Your role requires constant communication with kitchen teams and suppliers. Together with the Head of F&B, you will take part in supplier sourcing and the development of tailored supply solutions. The objective is to optimize processes and improve performance.Profile SoughtTo succeed in this F&B Assistant position, you hold a vocational diploma or an equivalent qualification and ideally possess some initial experience in catering or hospitality. You have about three years of experience in a structured professional environment. You are fluent in French and have an excellent level of English. You are comfortable with tools, particularly Microsoft Office. Reactive, organized, and with good judgment, you enjoy teamwork and client-oriented environments.
