On behalf of one of our clients in the Neuchâtel, Fribourg and Vaud regions, we are looking for specialised Psychiatric Nurses.

Available as soon as possible

-Education: Bachelor in nursing or diploma recognised by the Swiss SEFRI (mandatory recognition).
-Specialisation: Proven experience or specialisation in mental health/psychiatry.
-Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, emotional management and observational skills.
-Language: Perfect command of French (spoken and written). Within dynamic multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure the comprehensive care of patients suffering from mental disorders.
Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing the mental and physical health of patients upon admission.
• Developing, implementing and coordinating personalised care plans.
• Conducting supportive and motivational nursing interviews.
• Managing psychiatric crisis and emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitoring medication treatments and their side effects.
• Leading therapeutic workshops and support groups.
• Collaborating closely with families and the external care network.
