Psychiatric Nurse (m/f/d) - Temporary position with possibility of permanent employment thereafter at 80 to 100%

For one of our clients active in the field of mental health in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a:

Psychiatric Nurse (m/f/d) - 80 to 100%

Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive care of adult patients in psychiatry.
• Support patients in their therapeutic project and the development of their autonomy.
• Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of individualised care plans.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Actively contribute to improvement projects and service development.
• Participate in the on-call system according to the established schedule.

Profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
• Proven experience in psychiatry.
• Excellent clinical skills in caring for patients with psychiatric disorders.
• Interest in therapeutic approaches, particularly cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT).
• Organisational skills, autonomy and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Good stress management and sense of responsibility.

Requirements

• Diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Valid practice rights in Switzerland.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Driving licence essential.
• Valid work permit.
• Residence located at a distance compatible with on-call interventions.

Assets

• CAS in psychiatry or additional training in the field of mental health.
• Experience in psychotherapeutic approaches.
