To strengthen our Mental Health Department within the community unit, we are looking for: Job Description You provide specialized nursing care within our community unit, taking into account the complexity and diversity of disorders. You conduct in-depth clinics and continuously adjust your interventions in a person-centered and recovery-oriented approach. You actively contribute to the mental health of patients by participating in prevention, care, and management of crises. You conduct individual clinical interviews and facilitate therapeutic groups, promoting expression, mutual support, and recovery dynamics. You engage in a close and harmonious collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (doctors, psychologists, social workers, etc.), fostering a respectful and constructive work environment. You ensure a rigorous and structured management of activities related to care. You guarantee clear, relevant, and structured clinical transmissions, thus promoting continuity, coherence, and optimal quality of care. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an accredited diploma with confirmed experience in the field of mental health, community-oriented recovery approaches, and proximity work. Excellent active listening skills, high capacity, and commitment to providing professional, ethical, and respectful support. Strong sense of responsibility, asserted autonomy, ability to prioritize, and genuine commitment to teamwork. Proficiency in French and German, or good knowledge of German. Holder of a driving license.
