You will establish market analyses, reports, budgets, and forecasts. You will supervise the tasks of specialists and technical managers for your portfolio. What you bring: You possess a commercial basic qualification (CFC) with further training in real estate (Federal Certificate of Property Manager obtained or in progress). You already have several years of experience in a similar role. You are a person with a strong service orientation and possess a high level of professionalism, perseverance, and your ability to assert yourself complete your profile. You are fluent in French (German and English are a plus). You work easily with tools (MS Office, GAIARO REM) and have a driver's license.
