## Job Description ##

Portfolio Allocation Support

* Assist senior team members with quantitative and qualitative analysis to support asset allocation decisions across multi-manager portfolios.



Fund Manager Meetings & Monitoring

* Participate in meetings and on-site visits with external fund managers across various asset classes. Prepare meeting notes, performance summaries, and monitoring reports.



Due Diligence

* Contribute to the operational and investment due diligence process, including gathering information, reviewing documentation, and identifying potential risks.



Market & Manager Research

* Conduct research on market trends, investment strategies, and new managers to support the team's investment pipeline and strategic thinking.



Reporting & Documentation

* Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, internal memos, and client presentations.



Cross-Functional Support

* As part of a small and collaborative team, contribute to a wide range of tasks beyond the formal job description when needed.

## The Successful Applicant ##

Education:

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, ideally from EPFL or an equivalent institution.



Experience:

* No prior professional experience required. Internships are a plus but not mandatory.



Languages:

* Fluent in French and English (both required).

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving tasks
* Curious mindset and interest in financial markets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player with a proactive attitude

* Valid authorization to work in Switzerland
