You carry out inspections of premises and ensure the monitoring as well as the resolution of defects. Quality and the proper maintenance of buildings are a priority for you.You master procedures as well as the initiation and monitoring of routine maintenance work for buildings. Thanks to your positive leadership, you accompany and motivate caretakers in the development of their skills, ensuring that they can maintain the properties according to our quality standards.You enjoy managing small specific work projects and know how to effectively advise the Property manager, the owners, and the tenants.
