Responsibilities
* Preparation of management statements and periodic closings
* Payment of owner balances and monitoring of financial flows
* Processing of supplier invoices
* Monitoring and reconciliation of liquidity accounts
* Management of heating cost statements
* Participation in mandate entries and exits
* Budget preparation
* Administrative tasks related to the role
Candidate Profile
* Good command of a property ERP such as Quorum or equivalent (an advantage)
