Our Bussigny team is growing – and for that, we need you!

For our expanding site in Bussigny, we are looking for a committed person for a versatile full-time position (80-100%) combining Human Resources and administration functions. In this role, you are the main point of contact for our intervention managers for all HR-related questions, while also taking on responsible administrative tasks.

Your tasks

  • You are the reference person for administrative questions and ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
  • You accompany and support our intervention managers in French-speaking Switzerland as a competent contact for HR and administrative matters.
  • You prepare offers and contracts in close collaboration with the Sales team and contribute to the development of customised client solutions.
  • You handle client requests professionally by email and phone and ensure correspondence in French and German.
  • You support personnel administration, notably for employment contracts, staff entries and exits, as well as other HR administrative processes.
  • You are responsible for daily correspondence via various channels (email, mail, phone).
  • Preparation and follow-up of payroll for your scope are an integral part of your role.
  • The final processing of salaries is carried out by the Payroll team at headquarters.
  • You are responsible for the complete preparation, control and follow-up of payroll.

Your profile

  • You have completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education in human resources.
  • You master French and German at a native level or with excellent bilingualism, both spoken and written, to ensure communication with headquarters.
  • You have a very good command of MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.
  • You possess excellent organisational skills, a structured, autonomous and reliable working method.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have the ability to proactively meet challenges.
  • You have excellent communication skills, a strong service orientation and ease in interpersonal relations.
  • Being able to prioritise, anticipate and take responsibility is part of your professional daily routine.
