Assistant Property Management & Co-ownership



Job description:

  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of the portfolio composed of co-ownerships and rental properties of the group based on the owners' instructions and internal directives.
  • Assist the team in charge of the portfolio.
  • Ensure the follow-up of General Meetings, and participate in the various related meetings (General Meetings of assigned co-ownerships, committees and delegates' meetings).
  • Draft the minutes.
  • Manage the convocation of General Meetings.
  • Carry out the various tasks of the claims and works follow-up process.
  • Carry out the various tasks of the relocation process.
  • Create and maintain harmonious relationships with our clients: owners, co-owners, tenants, administrations, insurers, caretakers, suppliers, etc.

We require:

  • Solid experience within a property management company in Property Management and/or Co-ownership.
  • Ability to integrate into a dynamic and professional team.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative and technical matters.
  • Good knowledge of Quorum is an asset.
  • Strong writing skills.

Start: immediately or to be agreed

Work rate: 80%-100%
