The position is at the Real Estate Department (DI), which is tasked with defining the real estate portfolio, developing the coherence of monitoring major projects according to the specified plan, in close collaboration with the main services of the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure, and the Department of Health, optimizing the monitoring of surfaces and their future, while ensuring the proper functioning of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant concern for excellence, with a sense of service and responsibility.As a representative of the project owner, you lead and manage complex institutional projects while ensuring their alignment within the institution's value chain in technological and cultural dimensions. You contribute to the real estate governance, conduct advisory missions, and interact with members of the Management Committee, Council, and decision-makers within the framework of major projects. You manage public project governing missions by overseeing all phases of projects, from feasibility studies to the acceptance of the works according to Hermes methodologies and you act as an internal consultant, conducting studies and diagnostics of the institution's buildings. You provide expertise in one or more areas of real estate within the framework of the projects, develop, maintain, and disseminate a watch in the field of architectural concepts and project development.You hold a degree in architecture or engineering (REG A) or an equivalent title at the Master’s level, complemented by a certification in project management. You have solid knowledge of regulations and standards related to the field and excellent command of MS Office tools. You possess abstract thinking and analytical skills and enjoy working both in a team and independently. You have a sense of responsibility and are detail-oriented. You have a proven experience of 15 years in construction, including 5 years in project ownership management of large-scale projects. Experience in a hospital environment is an additional asset. You have a regular schedule but are available outside of regular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays for on-call services according to a shift schedule.
