Project Manager - Client Representative

Contribute to the enhancement of a rapidly growing real estate portfolio

Your responsibilities

Integrated into a team of four people responsible for renovation and new construction projects, you contribute to the maintenance, enhancement and development of the managed real estate portfolio. You manage several operations simultaneously, at different stages of progress, ranging from major maintenance and renovation of the existing stock to transformation, refurbishment or new construction projects. In a client representation role, you commission, supervise and oversee contractors and companies, ensuring the quality of services, compliance with deadlines, budgets and set objectives. You coordinate procedures with authorities, external and internal partners, while ensuring rigorous administrative, contractual and financial follow-up. Your role also involves integrating regulatory, energy and ESG issues from the early stages to sustainably secure the projects.

Your profile

You have proven experience in managing construction projects, with solid expertise in renovation, ideally acquired across all SIA phases. You have developed a comprehensive project vision and know how to operate in varied contexts, whether renovation, refurbishment, major maintenance or new construction. Your experience with existing assets allows you to anticipate the technical, regulatory and organisational constraints specific to this type of intervention. Structured, versatile and with good foresight, you are capable of managing external contractors, challenging technical proposals and securing decisions made. With a higher education in architecture or civil engineering, you have ideally already worked on the client side. A good knowledge of German is an asset, given some assets located outside French-speaking Switzerland.
