Scheduling & Planning Manager - 3 monthsAs part of a replacement, you will take charge of the industrial planning of a production site with high variability, with a focus on continuity and reliability of scheduling.Our client is an industrial company specializing in high-precision technical parts, operating in a demanding environment oriented towards small series.Missions- Take over and manage the master production schedule while guaranteeing the continuity of loads/capacities and adjusting them according to field constraints- Manage production priorities in an environment with high variability and numerous exceptions- Coordinate flows with production teams and subcontractors- Ensure the consistency of data in the ERP- Monitor the progress of production orders and secure compliance with deadlines- Identify bottlenecks and propose rapid solutions- Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teamsProfile- Confirmed experience in industrial planning / scheduling- Ability to evolve in a complex environment with numerous constraints- Strong agility and capacity for analysis- Mastery of ERP tools (non-standard environment appreciated)- Experience in small series production or technical industries (watchmaking, precision mechanics, etc.)- Strong analytical skills and sense of priorities- Ability to be quickly operational and autonomousConditions and Benefits- Temporary assignment of 3 months minimum- Direct report to the Operations Manager- Demanding, technical, and high value-added environment jid6d5ef6faen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
