For one of our clients, we are looking for a:Production Manager (mechanical)This position represents a key function within the structure, acting as a true right-hand person to the Director, with central managerial responsibility, shared only with Management, in a company of approximately 15 employees - 100% rate - Day shifts.Profile:- Training as a die maker, polymechanic, or equivalent technical qualification- Proven experience in stamping and good understanding of CNC machining, ideally turning- Knowledge in the maintenance and monitoring of tooling- Experience in team management and leadership- Field-oriented person, organized, capable of solving problems and improving processesResponsibilities:- Management of the production plan and daily scheduling of tasks and support for a team of employees- Supervision of stamping, CNC machining (turning), and inspection activities- Role of right-hand person to management and monitoring of priorities- Resolution of technical field issues and support for teams during setups- Optimization of flows, production methods, and correction of malfunctions- Management, monitoring, and ordering of tooling necessary for production- Monitoring of quality, deadlines, safety, and performanceAdvantages:- A key, stimulating position with a high degree of autonomy- A dynamic technical environment close to management- Good working conditions jid5c99638aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
