We are looking for the following profile for one of our clients: Personnel Consultant in the Building Sector 80% to 100% H/F Your mission: - Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and select the best profiles (interviews, tests, client: Understand needs, propose suitable solutions, and build a lasting relationship. - Follow-up: Support candidates before, during, and after their placement and ensure their proper integration. - Business Development: Prospect and maintain the client portfolio. - Consulting: Propose solutions in resource management. Profile: - Experience in recruitment and placement in the building/construction sector is essential. - Ideally, a background in the building/construction field. - Proficiency in talent management and an entrepreneurial spirit. - Good knowledge of the local economic environment (Neuchâtel). - Perfect command of French (oral and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. - Autonomy, team spirit, flexibility, and a sense of service. - Driving license is essential. - Proficiency in common tools. jid934945eaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
