Your mission in Bienne The City's construction project department is part of the Department of Construction, within the Directorate of Public Works, Energy, and Environment. It is responsible for managing new construction projects as well as the real estate projects assigned, which are very diverse and include school, sports, cultural buildings, many of which have architectural value or uniqueness. Through its projects, the City of Bienne aims to play a role and exemplify high architectural quality, sustainability, and responsible resource management. To lead this service, we are looking for an experienced architect with strong management skills and a desire to drive and realize public projects that combine architectural quality and sustainability. Do you want to manage construction projects and complexes, from the planning phase to their completion? Are public projects with high exemplary value and sustainable impact motivating for you? Do you have a passion for guiding a team of professionals and nurturing a common vision? Are you comfortable with the creation and writing of clear and structured reports?
