For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a: Payroll Manager Fixed position, ideally with a workload of 100%, which can be adjusted to 80%. Payroll Manager M/F JOB DESCRIPTION Establish, control, and process payroll slips in accordance with regulations and with Swiss social insurance bodies (AVS, AI, APG, LAA, LPP, etc.). Ensure management of absences (sickness, accidents, leave) as well as monitoring corresponding compensation. Administer the entry and exit of employees in connection with payroll and social security. Continuously monitor legal and regulatory developments in labor law and social security in Switzerland. Support and inform employees regarding their rights and obligations related to salaries and social insurance. Collaborate with all stakeholders (insurance companies, etc.). PROFILE At least 5 years of experience in payroll management and social insurance in Switzerland. Excellent command of French, both written and spoken. Good command of English (B2 level). Federal diploma of HR specialist or in social insurance, with a deep understanding of social law and Swiss regulations regarding payroll and social insurance. Proficiency in payroll management software as well as office tools, particularly Excel (advanced pivot tables).
