As part of strengthening our HR team based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Payroll Manager & HR Admin to ensure HR management, monitor the employee lifecycle, and manage salaries in close collaboration with the HR Manager. Payroll Manager - HR Admin % (m/f) In this role, you will be responsible for the following salary-related tasks: you will be in charge of the payroll process and social security for the entire employee lifecycle for 270 employees, advising employees regarding salary statements; managing withholding tax statements for different cantons (Swissdec); managing various forms (intermediate earnings, employer); processing data in time management program X (Tipee); handling medical data as well as APG/LAA/military matters; supporting the HR Manager in drafting employment contracts; collaborating with the HR manager and directors to ensure reliable and professional service; ensuring compliance with employment standards and the code of conduct.You: - Have solid experience in payroll management and HR in Switzerland, with a degree in HR and/or social insurance - Are an engaged and rigorous individual, well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently - Appreciate teamwork, are dynamic, solutions-oriented, and have a positive attitude - Are French-speaking with very good knowledge of ERP Proconcept, which would be an asset.We offer:- To be at the heart of HR activities in a constantly growing SME with responsibilities and significant autonomy - A varied and stimulating job that allows you to utilize all your talents - Flexibility in managing your time to ensure a work-life balance - A permanent position - Parking and the opportunity to dine at our cafeteria.
