A full-time Payroll Manager position is to be filled at the University of Neuchâtel for a maximum duration (from May to the end of October) as a replacement for maternity leave within our dynamic team, and actively participate in the development of our service. In this role, you will independently manage and execute the monthly payroll payments for UniNE staff. You will work with social agencies and apply institutional and cantonal directives and regulations (salary reductions, vacations, etc.). You will support managers in managing the employee lifecycle: contractual follow-up and monitoring of absences and time management, family management, and coordinate your tasks and activities with colleagues in the service while participating in HR and cross-institution projects. You will contribute daily to the respect and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures by providing your experience and desirable solutions. You possess successful experience in human resources and have a background in this field that supports your expertise. Experienced in payroll (ideally SAP), social insurance, and HR monitoring, you demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, and versatility. Organized and driven by strong customer service, you have excellent skills in French (spoken and written).
