Your missions will be to: analyze the needs and requests of clients, carry out the 3D design of projects, define the necessary elements considering prices, usages, and production constraints while coordinating with the quality department for testing, study the costs, production duration, and profitability of projects, and present prototypes to clients or the sales department, be responsible for project management, including scheduling, briefing production teams, coordinating with suppliers, and developing technical plans, write reports and technical sheets, update the ERP, and ensure the archiving of documents. Profile: You hold an engineering degree or a similar qualification, you have at least 5 years of proven experience in management, possess an excellent knowledge of packaging materials, in particular cardboard and plastics, as well as microfibers, metals, and wrapping, and master design methodologies, including ecodesign, as well as 3D technical drawing, and are capable of producing cutting plans and graphics and conducting feasibility studies. Rigorous and detail-oriented, you can plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, enjoy working in a team, demonstrate curiosity, and have good analytical skills. You also appreciate dynamic environments and challenges related to deadlines, master the tools of the Office suite as well as drawing software (Autocad 2D, Adobe, Corel, Inventor 3D).
