On behalf of one of our clients based in Valais, we are looking for an Operations Manager (M/F):

Your future responsibilities:

• You will manage the operational activity of the site on technical, human and financial levels.
• You will manage and support the teams (project managers, technicians, assemblers, etc.).
• You will ensure the monitoring and proper execution of projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, safety and costs.
• You will develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners and contractors.
• You will actively participate in the commercial and strategic development of the site.
• You will ensure compliance with standards, internal procedures and current legal requirements.

Your profile:

• You have a technical education in the field of construction (civil engineering, building, building technology or equivalent).
• You have proven experience in a site, project or department management role.
• You possess a solid knowledge of the Valais economic fabric as well as the practices of the construction sector in Switzerland.
• You demonstrate natural leadership, excellent organisational skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You are comfortable with financial management and team leadership.
• You show good communication skills and a strong solution-oriented approach.
