READOM - Occupational TherapistThe READOM program is a home-based care program, created in partnership with the CHUV. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for an average of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, healthcare assistants (ASSC), physiotherapists, and health auxiliaries.
