Our occupational therapy services, located at the Delémont and Porrentruy sites (French-speaking Jura Canton, Switzerland), specialise in functional rehabilitation and support for patients of all ages.
Our teams work to promote autonomy and quality of life for people with physical, cognitive or psychological limitations, whether temporary or permanent.
To ensure the coordination and development of our activities, we are looking, for immediate or agreed start, for a:
Chief Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of two teams of occupational therapists (32 staff)
at the Porrentruy (post-acute activity) and Delémont sites.
- Organisation and supervision of activities to guarantee quality and continuity of care.
- Collaboration with medical, nursing and therapeutic teams.
- Contribution to human resources management (organisation, staff support, skills development).
- Participation in the development of occupational therapy services within the institution by contributing to projects and continuous improvement of practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or equivalent training.
- Swiss Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas.
- Proven professional experience in occupational therapy, ideally in a hospital setting.
- Experience or strong interest in team supervision and activity coordination.
- Training in management, team leadership or project management, or willingness to train in this area.
- Excellent organisational skills and sense of priorities.
- Ability to work interdisciplinarily and lead projects.
- Leadership, sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
