Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients’ physical and cognitive abilities to design individualised treatment programmes.
• Actively participating in patients’ functional rehabilitation using a variety of therapeutic techniques and activities.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to establish and review treatment plans.
• Monitoring patients’ progress and adapting therapeutic interventions accordingly.
• Providing advice and educational support to patients’ families to optimise functional outcomes at home.
• Managing clinical documentation in accordance with the facility’s requirements.
