The CMS READOM is an innovative and specialised home rehabilitation programme. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their relatives and the care network.

• Implement treatment responding to the needs of people affected by temporary or chronic disability
• Contribute to the optimal quality of interventions with clients
• Collaborate with team members and the network for comprehensive client care

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience, ideally in home care
• Experience in rehabilitation is an asset
• Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Excellent listening skills
• Good adaptability and flexibility
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Driving licence.
