As part of strengthening our Insurance Service, we are looking for a committed, curious and service-oriented individual who wishes to develop in a stimulating, collaborative and human-scale environment.

Specifically, you will:

  • manage contributions and ensure data reliability;
  • act as a key contact for insured persons, pensioners and employers, providing clear and professional responses;
  • participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and the service’s dynamic.

This position offers a balance between technical expertise, analysis and interpersonal contact.

Your profile

You hold a commercial apprenticeship certificate (or equivalent qualification) and have initial experience in occupational pensions or social insurance.

Additional training such as a federal diploma in occupational pensions or social insurance is an asset.

You identify with the following qualities:

  • autonomy, rigour, organisational skills and respect for deadlines;
  • comfort with numbers and an analytical mind;
  • ability to communicate clearly, including on technical subjects, both orally and in writing;
  • a service-oriented attitude and team spirit.

Proficiency in MS Office tools is expected.

What we offer

We offer you a modern and stable working environment within an organisation that places people and service quality at the centre of its priorities.

By joining us, you will benefit from:

  • a favourable work-life balance;
  • opportunities for continuous training;
  • attractive and fair social conditions.

You will work in a human-scale structure that promotes autonomy, responsibility and skills development.
