Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension schemes, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our team at Trianon based in Nyon (VD), which will be moving to the Paudex site at the beginning of 2027, we are looking for an Occupational Pension Scheme Manager LPP (m/f).
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive administrative and technical management of pension funds
- In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, you also identify optimisation potential and develop solution proposals
- You are responsible for communication with all stakeholders and the follow-up of your mandates, while being supported by a team of specialists
- You willingly share your knowledge and can easily imagine working independently while appreciating team spirit
Your profile
- Basic commercial training or equivalent qualification; the federal diploma as a specialist in employee benefits is a plus
- Professional experience of at least 2 to 5 years in pension fund management (LPP)
- Curiosity and interest in occupational pension and social insurance topics
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
- Loyal, autonomous personality with a proactive approach
- Excellent knowledge of French, English and/or German
