We are looking for a successor to the current post holder for the "Social Funds" area in the Pension group
a 100% occupational pension manager - a 100% occupational pension clerk
Profile sought
- Commercial employee CFC with professional maturity
- Specialist diploma in social insurance would be an asset
- Experience in the field of occupational pension desired
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Ease in administrative processing and management of complex files
- Ability to work independently, rigorously and organised
- Perfect command of office tools
- Excellent analytical skills, ease with numbers and developed logical sense
- Open personality favouring effective collaboration within the team
- Native French or German speaker with an excellent knowledge of the
second language (spoken and written)
Main tasks
- Complete administrative management of a portfolio of insured persons in occupational pension
- Processing of benefits and life events (entries, exits, buybacks, EPL, divorce, retirement, death, disability)
- Preparation of annual statements, tax certificates and administrative controls
- Advice on pension plans and preparation of affiliation offers intended for companies
- Contacts and correspondence with insured persons and companies in French and German
- Telephone reception and counter reception in French and German
- Place of work: Sion and/or Visp

Requirements
- You have a commercial diploma with professional maturity.
- A federal specialist certificate for social insurance specialists is a plus.
- You have experience in the field of occupational pension.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
- Administrative processing and management of complex files come easily to you.
- You are able to work independently, are thorough and organised.
- You have perfect command of common office applications.
- Excellent analytical skills distinguish you as well as your handling of numbers and logical thinking.
- You are an open personality who contributes to efficient teamwork.
- German or French is your mother tongue and you master the other language in spoken and written form.
