Nursing Home DirectorThe Réseau Santé et Social de la Gruyère (RSSG) is a public law entity bringing together the municipalities of the district. As a key player in the regional medico-social offer, it brings together nursing homes, the Home Help and Care Service, the Social Service, and other medico-social establishments in the district, in order to guarantee coherent, coordinated, and adapted care for the needs of the population.In the context of the reconstruction of the nursing home (87 rooms, including 15 in specialized dementia care units, with future protected apartments currently relocated to Billens), the RSSG is opening the position of:Nursing Home DirectorYour mission:As Director, you ensure the management and operation of the establishment in accordance with cantonal standards. Your management is anchored in the person-centered approach, aiming to maintain and improve the quality of life of the residents, while also being attentive to the needs of their families. You build a collaborative culture through cross-functional teams, concretizing the home-like logic desired by the RSSG. You ensure that the teams can evolve, integrate new practices, and maintain an optimal level of autonomy and exemplarity, in a spirit of participatory management and transparency.Tasks and responsibilities:Management:- Perspective: anticipate trends likely to influence the establishment's areas of activity;- Prospective: analyze, synthesize, and propose innovative and adapted solutions;- Project and culture: create and carry a positive vision, embody and bring to life the mission and values of the RSSG to all stakeholders;- Excellence: develop relevant and economical solutions; guarantee quality; pilot projects and ensure compliance with the legal framework, best practices, and good governance;- Learning: encourage the sharing of knowledge, develop skills, and ensure a favorable working environment;- Continuous improvement: follow the network's indicators and propose value-added measures while controlling costs.Leadership:- Interpersonal skills, active and assertive listening;- Ability to resolve disputes, tensions, and conflicts;- Aptitude to understand group dynamics, to unite and mobilize multidisciplinary teams;- Ability to adapt leadership style to situations and interlocutors;- Ability to inspire and accompany change;- Art of feedback, negotiation, and communication.Profile:You act as an ambassador for the establishment and the RSSG. You are recognized for your ethics, your exemplarity, your team spirit, your enthusiasm, and your active listening. You know how to create an environment of trust conducive to commitment and are at ease in field work as well as in strategic reflection.
