As part of the development and transformation of our nursing home, we are looking for our Accommodation Manager (Nursing Home "Le Pavillon"), a member of the management team and a key strategic player in the institution.
You will help to evolve our nursing home into a true living place, a place of desire, like home, centred on quality of life, self-determination and holistic support for residents and their relatives.
Your responsibilities
Bring to life and develop the nursing home as a living place
- Carry the vision of the nursing home as a true place of life, meaning and belonging
- Lead the transformation, development and evolution of the establishment in its organisational, human and structural dimensions
- Ensure coherence between the institutional project, field realities and residents’ needs
- Promote a culture centred on quality of life, self-determination and respect for individual rhythms
Build support centred on the resident and their relatives
- Deploy a holistic, personalised and evolving approach to support
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of personalised support plans (PSP)
- Strengthen the participation of residents and their relatives in the life of the institution
- Anticipate and structure transitions (entry, stay, exit) to ensure continuity of care pathways
- Develop an interprofessional dynamic around each resident’s life project
Manage the organisation, teams and resources in an integrated manner
- Ensure overall management of the nursing home in close collaboration with medical functions and support services
- Guarantee a coherent, smooth and adapted organisation to the complexity of support situations
- Use data and indicators as levers for management, understanding and continuous improvement
- Develop a culture of collaboration, feedback and shared responsibility within teams
- Strengthen regional and institutional partnerships to support innovation and the nursing home’s influence

Profile sought
Education and background
- University of Applied Sciences degree in the field of care
- Proven experience in nursing homes or long-term care
- Significant experience in leadership, coordination or team management roles
- Experience in contexts of institutional transformation or development is a major asset
Technical skills
- Solid understanding of issues related to geriatrics and ageing populations
- Good mastery of clinical and organisational processes in long-term care
- Ability to analyse and optimise resident pathways and activity flows
- Knowledge of management tools (quality indicators, activity data, care documentation)
- Ability to transform data into decision-making and improvement levers
- Experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects
- Understanding of regulatory, financial and planning issues in the medico-social field
- Interest in organisational innovation, new support approaches and digitalisation of practices
Human and relational skills
- Unifying, participative and embodied leadership
- Strong ability to mobilise, inspire and support teams in complex contexts
