La Résidence La Faverge is an EMS with 54 beds, 8 spaces in (specific provision) and 33 adapted housing (LADA), located in a green setting. We welcome elderly people in a state of dependency, with or without accompanying disorders. Our care approach is inspired by Montessori and non-violent methods, focusing on person-centered care and their project. To strengthen our dedicated and caring nursing team, we are looking for a: Nurse in EMS.Your missionsAs a nurse, you play a central role in the daily support of residents. As a key member of the nursing team, you ensure quality care, coordinate interdisciplinary interventions, and support the dynamics under the responsibility of the head nurse and the IRUS.
