We are looking for a Nurse in HAD (H/F) for one of our clients in Geneva, specialized in home care. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:- Conducting nursing rounds in the Canton of Geneva with a company car.- Providing technical care autonomously.- Offering personalized care according to the child's needs.- Ensuring traceability of care and essentials for effective management.- Participating in the child's needs assessment to establish an accurate care plan.- Collaborating on care with the multidisciplinary team.What we offer you:- A reference structure specialized in home healthcare that places particular importance on the quality of care and proximity.- A care route within a limited geographical area, by bike, car, or on foot.- Continuous daytime hours, evening shifts, or split shifts.Profile:- You have a nursing diploma with Red Cross recognition.- You have at least 2 years of experience as a nurse.- You have prior successful experience in a hospital or home healthcare service.- You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network.- You are flexible, autonomous, and know how to manage your emotions.- You are mobile and comfortable riding a bike (a plus).- You are open to temporary assignments.Why join us?Do you identify with this profile and wish to join a dynamic structure, with a caring and united team?
